Brighten Up Sanquhar Group have now officially opened the Ivy Neuk Memorial Garden.

Fully accessible to wheelchair uses and also has handrails.

The garden has been named the Ivy Neuk after the cottage that one stood there owned by Mrs. Annie Stoddart.

The brighten up Sanquhar Group raised money as well as receiving funding from the wind farm. The Masterton Family also donated money in the memory of David Masterton , the late owner of the Glendyne. Mrs. Elaine Masterton was there to unveil the Plaque at the opening as well as entertainment from the Pipe band.
